About Trailhead Treatment Center

Compassionate, family-style addiction and mental health treatment in Salem, New Hampshire. Where every recovery journey begins.

Our Story
Founded on Lived Experience

Caitlin DiBlasi founded Trailhead Treatment Center with a clear vision: to create a family-style recovery environment where individuals struggling with substance use and mental health disorders could find real, lasting healing.

As a person in long-term recovery, Caitlin DiBlasi understands the challenges of addiction firsthand. That lived experience, combined with professional clinical training, drives everything we do at Trailhead — from our flexible scheduling to our individualized treatment plans.

"We built Trailhead to be the kind of place we would have wanted for ourselves — a place where you're treated like family, not a number."

The name "Trailhead" represents the starting point of every recovery journey. Just as every trail begins with a single step, we believe every person can find their path to lasting wellness with the right support, clinical care, and community.

Our clinical team combines FDA-approved medication-assisted treatment with behavioral therapies, holistic wellness including yoga and meditation, and creative outlets. We offer [recovery framework — TBD] support, Reiki, and Sound Therapy pathways — because there is no single right way to heal.

Treatment Philosophy

Lived experience meets clinical expertise. Most of our staff are in long-term recovery themselves — combined with professional credentials and training.

Family-style, intimate setting. We keep our environment comfortable and close-knit so clients feel safe, supported, and known — not like a number in a system.

Collaborative treatment planning. Clients actively participate in setting goals, choosing therapy modalities, and determining their recovery path.

Flexible scheduling. Switch between daytime or evening sessions daily. Life doesn't stop for treatment — and treatment shouldn't stop for life.

Value-based care model. We focus on outcomes that matter: helping individuals, their families, and their providers achieve lasting wellness.
