Our clinical team combines FDA-approved medication-assisted treatment with behavioral therapies (CBT, DBT, EMDR), holistic wellness including yoga and meditation, and holistic modalities like breathwork, Reiki, and sound therapy. We offer nature-based activities and grounding pathways — because there's no single right way to heal.

PHP (Partial Hospitalization) is our most intensive outpatient level — daily therapy Mon–Fri, 9am–3:30pm. IOP (Intensive Outpatient) offers flexible daytime or evening sessions. OP (Outpatient) is less intensive ongoing support for those further in recovery.
