On your last day of treatment, we don’t just hand you a certificate — we welcome you into the alumni family. The transition is seamless because we designed it that way.
Within your first month as an alumni, you’ll attend your first community event. Whether it’s a cookout at the facility, a recovery walk, a grounding exercises outing, or a guest speaker night, these gatherings are the heartbeat of the program. You’ll reconnect with people from your cohort, meet alumni from other classes, and start building the sober social network that will anchor your long-term recovery.
Family members are welcome at many events — because the people who love you are part of your recovery story too.
As your recovery strengthens, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor newer graduates. Sharing your experience, showing up for someone in their first weeks after treatment, and passing along what was freely given to you — this is where recovery deepens. Our peer mentorship program pairs experienced alumni with recent graduates, creating accountability and purpose on both sides.
Whether you graduated last month or three years ago, the alumni community is always here. Monthly Zoom family groups continue indefinitely. The Facebook group stays active with daily encouragement and milestone celebrations. And if life gets hard — if you hit a rough patch or need to talk — our clinical team is a phone call away. Recovery is a lifelong practice, and Trailhead walks beside you for the entire journey.
